Entry Form

Unless you have secured a sponsor to help with expenses, you will be responsible for
all travel costs and accommodations.
Entry fee for all competitors is $25.00.
This fee is non-refundable and should accompany the application.
Upon receipt of the application and fee a letter or email acknowledging
your participation in this competition
will be sent to you, along with a list of requirements for all competitors.

All applications and fees must be received by 4pm on July 10, 2008
